What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for easy checkout.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely! Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your credit card details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters our fulfillment process. Contact us immediately if you need changes!

📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, Express shipping takes 2-3 business days, and Overnight shipping takes 1 business day. Processing time is 1-2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a $5.99 shipping fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon - stay tuned!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.

How do I know what size to order?

Are your clothes true to size?

Yes, our items generally run true to size. However, some styles are designed for a relaxed fit (like hoodies). Check individual product descriptions for specific fit details.

What materials are your products made from?

We use a variety of high-quality materials including cotton blends, polyester, denim, and synthetic leather. Material details are listed on each product page.

Do you offer wide-fit shoes?

Yes! Some of our boots come in wide-fit options, clearly marked in the product title (40-50 wide fit). More wide-fit options coming soon!

What is your return policy?

How do I return an item?

Email us at support@stylechiccouture.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Package your items securely and drop them off at any shipping location.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You'll see the credit on your original payment method.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely! Exchanges follow the same process as returns. We'll ship your new size as soon as we receive your return - no additional shipping charges.

How should I care for my items?

Care instructions are included with each item and on the product page. Most items are machine washable in cold water. Always check the care label first!

Can I put hoodies and sweaters in the dryer?

We recommend air drying to maintain the shape and quality of your knitwear. If you must use a dryer, use low heat settings.
